MEGAN JANCOLA

Role at Bellingham Music:

Violin & Viola Instructor

Originally from Auburn Washington, Megan grew up in a family with two elementary school teachers where everyone played a musical instrument. Megan first started playing piano at an early age, eventually adding on violin and viola in the fifth grade. Throughout her childhood she played in school orchestras, youth symphonies, pit orchestras, and on her church’s band. Megan started private teaching in high school, which led her to Western Washington University where she is on her third year pursuing a degree in Music Education. One day she would like to teach a middle school orchestra. Outside of music, Megan enjoys photography, paddle boarding, traveling, and taking her cat for walks.
